TESTIMONIALS
Kate Muhwati
Angie is amazing! She is friendly, kind, and teaches in an engaging way. My son learned more in a few weeks with her than months spent at a swim school. Angie makes lessons fun and provides students with constructive and positive feedback.
Christina Hodson
Angie is truly exceptional! She taught two 2-year olds and a woman in her 50s how to swim. By the end of the summer they were all swimming on their own without any assistance or flotation devices. My daughter was petrified initially but Angie is so incredible, warm, and playful that by the third week my daughter was talking about Angie and swimming nonstop. Angie is one of those people who was born to teach.
Ana Marte
Angie is a professional, sweet, easy to talk to, and she is amazing! I am not afraid of the deep end anymore, thanks to Angie's patience to teach me. God bless her!
Frequently Asked Questions
What are your rates?
Pricing varies on the type of service, duration, and location. Please provide this information when you contact for rates!
What is your cancellation policy?
All previously scheduled lessons are expected to be ready by the pool at the agreed start time. Due to having several consecutive sessions throughout the day, late starters may not be guaranteed the full session time.
All same day cancellations must be paid in full, except for cancellations due to inclement weather or other reasonable factors.
How do you take payment?
Payment is to be sent either through Zelle or Venmo by the end of the session. Cash is also accepted.
What pool temperature is best for swim lessons?
The American Red Cross recommends a pool temperature of at least 84 degrees F to conduct swim lessons for children. From experience, the lesson will be more productive if the child/children feel comfortable.
What do I need to be prepared?
All swim equipment will be provided. You are only responsible for personal swim gear such as goggles, swim caps, ear plugs, etc.
Do you teach at a facility?
I currently only teach privately at home/community pools.
